Multi-Enum Workflow Options

When in the workflow it would be nice to have access to the options for conditions. Currently when you select a multi-enum it does not let you select a specific item in the list as a conditional item.

I would like to be able to trigger events based off of when someone actually adds a specific item to the list.

Also I need the ability to update the items without erasing the previous data. So when I go to add something to a multi-enum it erases the previous data. I would like an append option.
