Suggestions for e-mail templates {variable}

Hi,
we want the following variables:
current date
current time
Determination of the field contents of
to
cc
bcc
in the template.
(We send e-mails from espocrm to fixed addresses e. g. order@distributor.de. So not to contacts or users.).
