To have the ability to paste images, to format text inside descriptions, etc... TinyMCE natively gives it.

Since v3.7.0 you have the wysiwyg fieldtype and is have the TineMCE you are asking for.. :-)

I'd never try to paste images within wysiwyg field. You're right.
