  • Time Tracking

Are there plans to build a time tracking app into Espo CRM?
My goal would be a timer that we can track time spent on accounts or tasks.

This could then be run for a time period to create invoices and charges for accounts.

Could that be done with the BPM addon?

        How I can see this:
        - create event entity for work logs
        - create Time Spent int/fload field
        - create a workflow for this entity:
after record saved Update Related Record
Time Spent field calculate with formula, function sumRelated https://www.espocrm.com/documentatio...titysumrelated by duration field

You can try to do it with BPM as well

Not yet. But there's a chance it will be implemented in future.

It would help if you publish some screenshots or video review.

Thanks, emillod. It's very essential. We are looking for something similar to Toggl, Clockify with user-friendly reports and ability to connect to invoicing

mfliorko we used toggl before. We worked with their API. If you want, you can schedule a meeting with our team to talk about your needs. Maybe we'll be able to give you more information about time tracker extension or we could talk about integrating Toggl inside EspoCRM for your team.
