    Group Email Notification

    Is it possible to have an email notification on fetch group email account?

    Basically, I have a group email fetching for our sales staff and it is not assigned to a specific person but team. Nobody actually notices the new emails unless they visit email box. Is it possible to have a notification sent to Inbox?

          I am planning to purchase the Advance pack, I am just putting my team on it and see how things work. So far its good but there are few issues.

          So, this feature is already in the workflows?
