Better is to create a team like "Team Leaders" and add special access for members here. Assign your Team Administrators. You need Edit access to create a link. So... you can add this type to aclActionList to User and Team scopes (application/Espo/Resources/metadata/scopes), but here you can create a hole in safety. Or override User and Team services, methods linkEntity, unlinkEntity, and linkEntityMass

Would be good with user administration for teams. Like the checkbox "isadmin" on user, but wish also a isteamuseradmin checkbox on user for the different teams.
(Need admin on teamlevel that only handles/access users in that team and not able to change all the system. So a teamadmin can add users to his own team. And not by using portal because portal has some limitations). Possible to implement that?
