Campaign - log "subscribeAgain" action

I tried to develop this patch

here is the result

I send a "test mail" to john snow -> sent -> opened -> Optout -> Re optin










Let me know if i can propose a Pull Request ?

to remove "Opted Out" log entry ?

I think we need both :

"Opted Out" log entry + "Opted In" log entry if the contact click on "subscribe again" link

Currently, when we sent mail through a Campaign, we have many logs about Opened / Clicked / Opted Out
but i think it could be great to log also "SubscribeAgain" action

I click on "unsubscribe" link to check if everything was ok.
Then, subscribe again...

I can see only "Opted Out" log .. so .. it can be confusing if we need to investigate for a contact who say that he opted out but.. continue to receive email ?
I could be great to have a log to know that he click himself on the link .. no ?
