    Knowledge Base - Add Categories

    The creation of categories for the Knowledge Base I find is too complicated.
    I would expect in the category window there is a create category button.
    You can see that on the picture Select-Knowledge-Base.png
    Much later a found this button hidden under a small icon.
    You can see it on the picture Knowledge-Base-List.jpg in the red circle.
