Some ideas (tasks, reminders, notes)

Hello,

I have a few ideas and suggestions (I hope this is ok as a single post)

Tasks
1) option to set reminders (e.g. notify via email at certain time) on tasks like on calls
2) single click reminders for start and due dates if filled out
3) warning if due date is before start date

Settings
4) option to set default for reminders as email (not popup)

Reminders
5) option to select what related content is sent in reminder email, e.g. lead, company, etc. - currently you only get e.g. "check on offer" but not who, etc.

Stream
6) option to set date and time when you add note to lead stream, e.g. you forget to write it down and do it a few days later

Views
7) option/filter to show all tasks of your team

Sorting
8) tasks without due/start date should be sorted below the others, e.g. today, tomorrow, next week and then none

Emails
9) it seems that if there is a server error, email sending is not retried after some time

Some notes...

Tasks
1) For meetings and calls is more imported a start date, for task - due date. If you set date due with time, reminder is get available.
3) for now it works only if you set date due with time.

Settings
4) each user can set default reminders in own preferences

Views
7) you can set this filter on the search panel of tasks and save it

Do you mean emails sent by the system (e.g. notifications?).

I cannot catch your idea in number 9, I only want to be notified when server error occurs.

Set notification default to email and it works great for new tasks BUT not existing ones
