Additional View for Leads

It would be kind of nice if there was an additional view with the following lookalike structure:

Advanced Pack contains Reports. There you can create such kind of report (list or grid)

I have the Advanced Pack already.. But it's not a repport.. You're able to drag & drop leads into another status (not neccessary, but really nice), and go to the Lead directly, etc...
