Conversion of Leads

It would be a really nice feature, if you could define which fields should be converted to the created contact in the administration section.. For example if a have created a custom field you could also convert it to the contact...

If contact and lead have fields with the same name, these fields will be fill while converting

So Lead.customfield would be converted to Contact.customfield? Right? That's also a solution :-)
