Populate primary account for contact as parent in compose email dialog.

If I click the contact's email address, it would be good if the parent was already set to be the primary account for the contact (if one exists).

Also the select modal could only show accounts that the contact has a link too.

If the contact has no links to accounts, then show all accounts.

This is the subject we have discussed about. Maybe email address will be linked to particular account.
