Hi I'm using espocrm and I feel very good, almost had no problems and is very versatile.
But from my point of view as a user I see two things missing:
System survey: When a customer Creates a case and the problem is solved, we must know the degree of satisfaction With the care offered Preferred, so We Should Be able to send a question via email.
externally form : we must be able to create forms and put them on our website, for example, I have 2 pages and I would like to centralize all information collected in espocrm.

¿Espocrm plans to have these characteristics or already have them and not found them?
