It would be great to have the ability to have a 'formula field' calculated on load, or be able to calculate values in workflow updates. either concatenation, value inserts or numeric calculation (+-*/ etc).
Just having the ability to concatenate text fields into a single field makes reporting so much more powerful.
Currently I need to use batches created in Talend to get the values I want.
I come from a Salesforce world (I'm an implementation partner consultant), formula fields and calculated workflows can be very powerful and I think it would really improve EspoCRM.
