Introduce a role concept (0145)

Today many people are not only working in one job but have multiple jobs / functions. They might be company owners, board members, charity executives and poiliticians, all at the same time but for different organisations. In this case the concept "contact" doesn't work anymore but one needs a "person" consisting of name, birth date and probably social security number and connections between account and person as role with attributes like address, email, function etc. Only then a particular person can be addressed in its particular role.
