Allow “Ever” as the default for DateTime runtime filters in Reports

When a DateTime field is added as a runtime filter to a report, EspoCRM automatically applies Current Year when the report is opened, including through a dashboard dashlet. Please add an option to configure the default runtime-filter value, particularly Ever, so reports can initially show all historical records while still allowing users to select another period.
