Selecting multiple options within reports

It's possible to add OR group and then add multiple Parent fields separately.

I have noticed that when you (for example) stem a report from the emails module and want to filter down the options based on another parent module (i.e. leads), there are 3 options:
- Is
- Is empty
- Is not empty


Because there is no "is any of" you cannot select multiple lead records to display - this also means there is no checkbox to select them.

The purpose of the report is to mass update emails, based on the parent meeting certain criteria which currently can't be done using standard filters, Complex expressions or from the email entity list view.
