I would like to request a new feature for the VoIP extension. Please consider adding support for SIP extensions within the VoIP extension.
Users should be able to log in to a SIP server using WebRTC and make and receive calls directly inside EspoCRM. This should include a built-in dialer and provide all the same features currently available in the VoIP extension.
Both outgoing and incoming calls should be fully handled within the EspoCRM interface, without requiring any external softphone.
This feature would greatly improve usability by allowing all communication to be managed inside the CRM system.
