Option to Hide Teams from End-User Selection

Hi EspoCRM Team,

A suggestion for a future enhancement to the Teams entity.

It would be beneficial to have a checkbox option (as illustrated in the attached example) that, when selected, hides the team from users in any “Teams” selection list. This would allow administrators to use teams for specific formulas or code logic that are not intended to be assigned to entities by end users.

Hi,

A similar effect can be achieved by not allowing to read teams that do not belong to the user's teams. Regular users won't be able to select a team as it will be not accessible for them. The most privileged users should be in all teams they are suppose to assign records to.

Thanks for the quick reply and for highlighting this approach.There are scenarios where administrators may require “system-use” teams that are not intended for record assignment by end users. The intent of the proposed checkbox is to provide a more explicit and lower-maintenance mechanism to separate these "system-use" teams from "user-assignable" teams.
