Hi EspoCRM Team,
A suggestion for a future enhancement to the Outlook Extension:
It would be beneficial for an Admin to have greater control over the configuration of users’ Outlook calendars, specifically the ability to define default values for available fields and to lock those fields to prevent users from modifying the predefined settings.
For example: We have a requirement to prevent users from selecting the "Create contacts for attendees in EspoCRM" option. Currently, we can prevent this setting from being enabled using a beforeSave hook, however it would be great if there was a more native/upgrade-safe option.
