I’d like to know if there’s a way in EspoCRM to add time tracking (hours) to cases — for example, to log how long an engineer has been working on a specific ticket or task.
Ideally, we’d also like to have a role-based view, where a team such as Billing can see the total number of hours that need to be billed from each ticket, without giving them full access to all case details.
Has anyone implemented something like this, or is there an extension or workflow setup that can handle it?
