Native Round-Robin Lead Assignment with Capacity Cap

It would be nice to add in the paid pack point-and-click round-robin engine that:

1. Targets a chosen Team (single or multi-select).
2. Iterates through Active users in that team, remembering its cursor across sessions.
3. Checks each candidate’s current open-lead count (where status ≠ Converted/Dead).
4. Assigns the Lead to the first user below a configurable capacity threshold (default = 100).
5. If all users are at capacity, leaves the Lead unassigned (so a manager can intervene).
6. Works consistently for UI, API, and Import operations, with no user scripting required.
