Remove the already selected inventory number from the drop down on delivery orders

Implemented in the new version 2.6.5.

Note that this logic is applied only within the same Delivery Order. If multiple Delivery Orders created on the same page simultaneously, it won't sync between them.

It would be awesome if the dropdown for selecting inventory numbers would exclude any previously selected inventory numbers on the same delivery order. The functionality to have the avaiable inventory numbers show up in the dropdown to select inventory numbers per product is great. It would just be that much better if it could then also exclude the other already selection options. Screen shots to descive in details

When selectin the next one if there is one already selected it would be nice to only have the now available ones show up

This would make an awesome feature even more awesome! IMO..
