    Is there a reason for no customisation for Teams?

    My use case. I would like to add a Description field. So that I can write some details about the Team. Would also like to be able to customise the List layout so that the description is shown there.

    We have one team with access to the entire CRM (reception). Then have teams for different jobs, based on access. Eg those with domain provider access are a different team to website hosting access. They cannot see other records (all Own permissions). Allowing a description on Teams allows the reception team to know WHO they should assign tasks to. Since they are not technical they won't know just from the Team name who can do what.

    Example: We don't want reception assigning a DNS change to the web dev team who do not have DNS access. A Description will allow us to write what access and responsibilites the Team's Users have are capable of without the need to store these details in a Document somewhere (eg while clicking through UI user can simply "see" the Description without opening tabs and searching documents - the info can be inline).

    If we could customise Team entities, I am sure there would be more custom fields and layout changes over time. This is just the primary use case we have at the moment.
