another great addon will be to have the ability to manage all your social business pages from crm.
this is something that i have in my another crm. and this addon makes our work much faster and better.
we created this as to be able to post new posts in every social we need. replay to users that posts in the wall and more...
​Benefits, you don't need to give "admin" access to every social network to your employee, employee don't need to enter to every social network and wait time. you get update entity to crm and the employee see that there is a new replay or some new question in your social page.
we made this in very simple way. when we connect to your social account true crm it will add new tab with the social name. and there you will see all the messages.
for example, facebook inbox" twitter inbox" and etc...
what do think about this addon guys?
