I have been testing EspoCRM, and it is quite powerful and flexible. I have one issue, when doing an advanced search on the "phone" field in the Accounts module, it only gives a match if the whole number is entered. I think it would be much better if it simply used the same function as the "contains" setting for name fields.
It would still work if the whole number is entered, but would also work if the user only enters 4 or 5 digits of the number.
The "Address" field seems to be the same. It only displays exact matches. I think the Address field should work the same as the Name and Postal Code fields do, you can select "Begins With", "Contains" or "Exactly".
