Creating and Selling Extensions

Apologies for the noob question. I have a couple of questions about Extensions.

1. Is there a market place where third party extensions are sold? If so, could someone point me there?
2. Does anyone have any list of custom extensions that have already been created apart from the ones listed on the ESPO site?
