Invoices convert amount in words

For the fiscal purposes I need to have grand amount not only in numbers but in words.
An suggestions?

@shalmaxb in USD, or euro is ok :

total: 99.09 USD
in words: ninety nine dollar and 9 cents ( that means that dollar's digits as word is enough)
total: 99.09 euro
ninety nine euro and 9 cents
actually we use also mainly BGN (Bulgaria), but the language and currency is not so important.
