FreePBX non incoming calls no popup

We have bought VoIP plugin and try integrate it with FreePBX Outgoing call with click to call function works fine, AMI is ok. We add cronjob as described in documentaton - cron works but no popups and no incmoing calls. Logs are clear and no errors

Into docker we found something like that - seems something with asterisk cronjob

Check spelling. Maybe you're linking to a folder that doesn't exist, just because of a misspelling.
