unavailable Task field dateStart and dateEnd in Workflow rule

why field dateStart and dateEnd for Task are unavailable when I try create workflow rule? 'Add Condition' includes only 'Date Completed'

I use 'dateEnd' in formula and it works I use field 'dateEnd' in formula:
entity\isAttributeChanged('dateEnd') && modifiedByName != assignedUserName
