  • Workflow is not triggered when new call record created by IexPBX API

    Hello,

We have your VoIP extension and we are using it on IexPBX. I need a workflow for call entity to catch not helding calls. I tried workflow and BPM but EspoCRM can not catch "After record created" or "After record saved" triggers when new record added by IexPBX API. It is working only if I add new call record manually via GUI. Is it bug? Thanks

    Hello,
There is an option in the VoIP configs to automatically save the calls. Probably you didn't activate it. Cause if this functionality is activated, the missed call is saving as 'Not Held'. In this case, it should trigger your Workflow.

      Hello Maximus,
"automatically save calls" option is already enabled. I can see all new calls on the list. But workflow is never triggered if new record created by API.

Could you provide a screenshot of your Workflow/BPM configuration? We will try to reproduce the issue.
Is there any error in the EspoCRM log?
