Live chat

Hi everyone,
I'm searching for a extension that enable a live chat in espocrm user-admin.
For example if my costumer have a problem he can contact us with a live chat.

Hi sTrhippie, welcome to Espo and the forum! I don't think anyone ever added Live chat yet, or do I remember any paid extensions that does it. You would like to try Feature request it or pay someone to develope it for you. The only live chat discussion I remember was this topic:

Ebla has one at https://www.eblasoft.com.tr/product-page/espocrm-chat

This is one of two that I do not own so I haven't tested it but they have great plugins with top notch support.

That extensions only chat between user I believe, it can't do Live Chat like you would see. So you would need to have a login (Portal?)

Gotcha! I did use https://livehelperchat.com/ at one point and that seemed to work okay in Espo.

It will not interact with Espo in any way but may be a viable solution?
