SMS Conversations

Does the Twilio addon allow conversations via SMS or is it just to send no-reply messages?

I've done a ton of research and could not find an answer. I'm looking to send out a text when a lead comes in and be able to have a conversation with them.

All SMS are related to a Lead / Contact / Account and can viewed in a History panel.
