    Hello,
Google/Outlook integrations don't support recurring notices events. Please read this to find more about these integration packs:
    Google Integration Pack https://www.espocrm.com/extensions/google-integration/
    Outlook Integration Pack https://www.espocrm.com/extensions/outlook-integration/

Also, you can register your own Personal Demo Account in order to test these extensions https://www.espocrm.com/cloud-registration/?plan=demo.

Yes. If you create an event on the Google Calendar side it will be synced to EspoCRM upon the Google Calendar Sync job execution (See Administration -> Scheduled Jobs).

        > And thereby get notifications ?

        Unfortunately not. But you can:
        1. Configure IMAP connection in the Personal Email account for your user.
        2. Press Send Invitation upon the event creation so the invitation will be sent to the user's email box. After this invitation will be synced to EspoCRM by IMAP connection and your user will receive a notification about it. So this is the way how your user can be notified.

Also, you can try to create a Hook that will creat such notification https://docs.espocrm.com/development/hooks/.
