VoIP CTI Integration with sipgate.io

Hi there,

my client uses EspoCRM and also Sipgate Team for VoIP telephony ("cloud pbx"). Sipgate offers an API service with https://sipgate.io - I have absolutely no idea if this would work with EspoCRM and how much effort this would mean. They offer a comprehensive library of functions here: https://github.com/sipgate-io/sipgateio-node

Does anyone know of an instance where this has been implemented? Are you a developer (Germany based preferred) and want to make an offer to implement this? Thanks!

for node.js , i don't know :s

but for his php library on github, sendSms and make outGoingCall seemts to be developped with espocrm developper here in this forum.

I know, java, python or what else, is not a "Yuri love" .. i think Yuri will all "php" for espoCRM

Feature 1, "Load contacts," works.

Features 2-8 don't seem to be implemented yet.

When will "Log calls in CRM" be available? (We don't need the other features.)

Thank you for your message. Currently, no further changes to the feature set of EspoCRM are planned. I'm sorry about that. However, you could develop your own solution using our API, sipgate.io.

We have no development resources ourselves, and the integration is not (yet?) high on our wish list.
Just as a status update or inspiration for someone.
