office365 login/password

Hello Yuri,
we have office365 extension ..
on office365 we have activate 2 FA ..

when i try to configure email account in espo, we receive : Error 500: cannot login, user or password wrong

do you think it's because we have activated 2FA ?

Try to create a new app password and specify it in Espo. I tested and it worked.

yes it's so .. and here some additional info for help :

When we enable "Security Default" on Azure... then Email don't work and we need a app password.
Other solution : it let "Secutity Default" to disable and enable 2FA on multi-factor authentification for users. (See attachment)
