Invoice Addon Questions

I have the need to send Invoices on a monthly subscription basis. My CRM is using Contacts only and not Accounts so my question is, is it possible to implement an invoice system that generates invoices on the 1st of every month and automatically send to contact email address keeping invoice attached to Contact.

If I had to change from using contacts for all my clients to Accounts, I could probably make that change, but the question would still remain, can we generate monthly invoices?

Hi,

It's possible with workflows.

1. Create a scheduled workflow (that will apply actions for invoices from a specific list report)
2. Add action 'Run Service Action' > Send in Email.

Is there a way to record payments for invoices? I would need to know if an invoice has been paid in full or in part. Is this possible and if not is it a planned addon?

There's no such a feature. Not planned at this moment.
