  • Google Extension - Click to View

It would be great to have an option to click the map field to view it if desired in order to decrease the number of API requests going to the Google Maps API. With the increasing price of Google Maps API, our hosting is doubling in price.

        Hello,
I am not a "specialist" but I have make something who need to be re-worked.. maybe Yuri can do this
it's openStreetMap, a api from free ... 2 field calculed lat/lng ..a formula.. so only on 1 request on create or update. and map is rendered

it's not upgrade safe.. .. but the idea is there. (redDot don't appear because bad folder )
Just need here.com free developper account.

        Regards

It's a good alternative. Maybe Yuri could add this as an option besides Google Maps.

              Hi everyone.

              Is this post still open?
It would be very interesting to have the option of openstreetmap for the visualization of maps to be (ODbL).

Nope. You can only do it with a Paid extension.
