    VoIP Integration questions

    Hi there!

    I wanted to ask a few questions about VoIP Integration:
    - Is it possible to integrate other than Asterisk, Twilio, Starface, Binotel service? If so, how a new VoIP service can get integrated into EspoCRM?
    - What SIP client is used for calls from inside CRM?

    Hello.
    For now, there is a possibility to integrate with Asterisk, Twilio, Starface and Binotel as well. If you want to develop your own integration you can hire a developer.       Thanks for a reply!
      I would like to know more about possibility of intergration with other services. We have own developers. Could you briefly describe how this own integration is carried out? So we can measure possible costs.

        You can create your custom VoIP provider in a custom directory and connect it to VoIP Integration extension. You can develop your own connector based on existing.
        Please note due to VoIP Integration license you can develop a new possibilities for your own use only. Sell, distribute, resell, etc. are forbidden.
