Can I use Workflows to set up a way to Send a Text SMS Message to a Contact based on a Calendar Event?

Hello.
The calendar events lead to the appropriate entities records as Call, Meetings, etc. You can't choose the Calendar entity as the target entity for the workflow. But you can trigger this workflow with the Call, Meetings, etc. entities.

the reminder entity is a special entity.. really the "concept" of this entity is very perfect.. and can be used in many situation.
I think.. this is a feature request : create a type reminder as entity with possibility of "delete after reminder (as now) or not".
So if this kind of entity exist, .. we can do all
