Advanced Pack Installation and License

Hi,

I have a concern before buy advanced pack, As per to the given information advanced pack can be install in 2 instance including production and development. So what if I change the test dev server or production server, example : if production server got crashed, i'll setup new server for the same. in that case will this going to work or not ? please clarify.
