We have a customer portal set up that we want to use for support.
We have knowledge base articles.
We want to put PDFs for different knowledge base articles in a Documents folder called Support.
We then want to be able to link to those documents in the knowledge base articles and let our portal users see them.
However, we do NOT want them to see our corporate documents.
Right now the only way I see to access documents is to give portal role permissions ALL to documents.
Is there a way to limit access to only a single folder...or...is there a way to turn OFF access to documents in the corporate folder?
