Advanced Pack Report custom action, field

Hi Team,

this is a feature request or a help advice :

i would add a new type of action to Report entity. New field too.

I will exactly the same as the foto in attachment, but a new action. (not email).
It's why i need a new type of field or new value in attribute ')
I need the result of the report each month last day, and do a specific action for all row

Is possible with coding ? Certainly, where i must look (files/fodlers) for have my requirement ?
