Google Maps nada functiona

my google maps is not working anymore.
is there anybody with problems or am i the only one? I had to deposit last as a google bank account so I can create the api. The map is blue and when I zoom down I see the world from Africa. without a red pin

Google Map abandoned free access to maps. You can purchase their service and then it should work.
