AP 1.33.5: Quote and "Discount from List" princing model

Hi,

When creating a new quote, if I choose as item a product that has pricing model "Discount from List" I am still able to modify its listPrice. Is this the intended behaviour? Is there a way to enforce listPrice to be sticky to the product configuration?
