  • Advanced pack - quotes: printing does not honour personal preferences

    Hi,

When printing quotes to PDF I get currencies and dates printed in the wrong format which does not match nor system nor user preferences. Am I missing something?
    I'm using on-premise E 5.4.3 + AD 1.32.13

    thanks, best regards
    Michele

    Hi Michele,

Can't reproduce. Date format, thousand sep. and dec. mark are taken from settings.

Mmm... weird... Have a look at this screenshots. I see them correctly when visualizing quotes but:
      - Dates in item are wrong format (but date of quote is right format)
      - Currencies are all wrong format (thousands + decimal separator)

      Any ideas?
      thanks, Michele

I could only reproduce wrong date format in line items (will try to fix in the next release). Currencies are fine in line items (parameters are taken from Settings, not Preferences!).

Date format will be fixed in the next EspoCRM release + next advanced pack release.
