    Having a problem with Google calendar sync when someone creates a meeting in EspoCRM and adds a second user as an additional attendee for the meeting.

    The meeting will sync from Espo to the first assigned user's Google calendar. But if a second user is included as an additional attendee, the meeting will only show up on the second user's Espo calendar - the second user will NOT sync to that user's Google calendar.

    Any thoughts? Or is this just not currently a feature on the advanced pack?

    in Google Calendar attendees can see in own calendar events, where they were invited.
    Do I understand right? - This entity with assigned user1 is not shown in user1 EspoCRM calendar, but it is shown in attendee's EspoCRM Calendar?
    Could you attach screenshots?

      The event will show on the original assigned user1's EspoCRM calendar and it will sync to the original assigned user1's Google calendar. Everything works fine for the original assigned user.

      The issue is with the invited attendees. It will show correctly on the invited attendees' EspoCRM calendar. But it will not sync to to the invited attendees' Google Calendar. Only the original assigned user will sync to Google.

      I have attached a screenshot of part of a shared calendar view. The 2:00 entry has two attendees plus the original assigned user1 that all show correctly on the EspoCRM calendar. They also show correctly on the attendees' individual EspoCRM calendars. But only the original assigned user1 syncs to Google calendar.

        On your screenshot I can see Shared EspoCRM Calendar, where are showing all teams events. If attedndees are in team, this event will be shown here. Where is a problem?

          The problem is with syncing to Google Calendar. Only the original assigned user1 syncs to Google. The other users show up on the EspoCRM calendar, but the event won't sync to the other users' Google Calendar.

            Events are assigned to assigned user's calendar. If user in settings set, that attendees are synchonized as well, then to these events will be added email address of attendees. If attendee use this email address as Google account, he/she will see events in own calendar. (this is Google feature).
            But right, events are assigned to assigned user's calendar only.
