  • VOIP Extension Trial?

    Hello,

    We are looking for a VOIP solution and I was curious if there was an ability to test the VOIP through a demo? I know this is open source so that is tough to do.

    If not, Ihave a few questions about the VOIP extension:

    1. Can multiple users have different phone numbers tied to EspoCRM?
    2. How are outgoing calls handled? One phone number?
    3. Is everyone alerted (that is logged in) to the call and able to pick it up?

    Thanks so much for the amazing CRM. We cannot find any other that even get close to Espo.

      Thanks so much for the reply and the information. I will request a demo right now. We are looking into a lot of different options at the moment. We are a nation-wide service that had all of our employees working from home. This makes a VOIP service essential. Asterik and Twilio seems to be the best fit, but the pricing can get steep with a lot of forwarding.
