Is it possible to change the Title of a Call if a Voip Event is saved?

Hi,
if a user get a call, or he calls someone a small window is shown (see picture). As I understand this is the Voip Event and if I click on save a Call gets saved with the title "Outgoing Call from currentUser to Person".

My question is, is it possible to make the title changeable? So a User can enter some title and if he clicks on Save in the Voip Event a Call with his title is created.

Yes, it's possible via additional fields. An example you can find here: application/Espo/Modules/Voip/Resources/metadata/app/popupNotifications.json under "additionalFields" section. Your custom file should be located at custom/Espo/Custom/Resources/metadata/app/popupNotifications.json.
After adding it, go to Admin panel > Clear cache.
