    VOIP screen popups delayed and not attaching to account/contact

    When a phone call comes in, it can sometimes take up to 5 minutes for the screen popup to show. Any way to speed this up?

    Did you configure to run a crontab every minute? Perhaps, it happens when caller phone number has incorrect format (e.g. R0/19854055095).

      Thanks for the response. The crontab is correct. The RO/ problem has been corrected too. Any other ideas as to the slow response?

        No ideas. Please debug this error:
        1. Enable a debug mode as described here: https://www.espocrm.com/documentatio...debugging-mode.
        2. Make a test call.
        3. Describe details of this call:
          • Time of the call;
          • Caller phone number;
          • Called phone number.
        4. Get EspoCRM log file, https://www.espocrm.com/documentatio...crm-error-logs and send via private message.
